DESCRIPTION：

High Speed 2 Lines T-shirt Bag Making Machine with 2 Photocell

MS450X2 and MS500X2 is a fully automatic super high speed servo driven machine for production of maximum 500 T-shirt bags/min by 2 lines printed or non-printed bags, with an integrated in-line automatic punching unit and automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft.

Machine Features:

1.Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

2.Two sets domestic brandservo motors and servo drives control bag lengths precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

3.Bag lengths and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

4.Two sets German made SICK photocells for 2 lines accurate printed bags.

5.Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

6.Automatic tension control of unwinding film rolls.

7.Sealing device is turn over system for easy maintenance or change of hot cutting knives.

8.In-line automatic punching unit with bags folding device, uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for fast and precise punching of bags’ handles.

9.Punched-out scraps are collected by conveyor for recycling.

10.Machine stops automatically when:

1）Bags jammed.

2）Film is finished or broken.
