DESCRIPTION：

Super High Speed Single Line T-shirt Bag Making Machine with 1 Photocell

HD-SL800mm and HD-HL1000mm is a fully automatic super high speed servo driven machine for production of printed or non-printed big size T-shirt bags, with an integrated in-line automatic punching unit and automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft.

Machine Features:

1.Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

2.One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

3.Bag length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

4.One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

5.Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

6.Automatic tension control of unwinding film roll.

7.Sealing device is turn over system for easy maintenance or change of hot cutting knives.

8.In-line automatic punching unit with bags folding device, uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for fast and precise punching of bags’ handles.

9.Punched-out scraps are collected by conveyor for recycling.

10.Machine stops automatically when:

1）Bags jammed.

2）Film is finished or broken.
